Q: How long does QC testing take?
A: Usually 3–7 business days depending on volume and test complexity.
Q: What if product fails QC?
A: We will halt the batch, analyze root causes, rework or discard the batch. You'll receive a detailed report and improvement plan.
Q: Can clients send their own QC inspectors?
A: Absolutely. We welcome client inspection or third-party inspection-just let us know in advance for coordination.
